FAQ - Frequently asked questions

What is Le Nid des Voyageurs?

These are 2 independent bedrooms with a kitchenette in a separate annex to our house.

Where is Le Nid des Voyageurs located?

in Vernon, 2.5 km from the town center, on a hill with a magnificent view.

What is included in our room rates?

Room reservations and breakfast for 2 people.

Arrival time: H-hour (as in "Happy Arrival")?

Starting at 6.30pm. If you're lucky and our housekeepers have been quick, you might even have the pleasant surprise of arriving a little early!

Departure time: Time for the big goodbye?

10:30 at the latest. Now's the time to give us a little wave before setting off on your adventure!

Are pets allowed?

For everyone's well-being, and because our house likes to be kept spotless, pets are not allowed inside.

Does each room have its own little kingdom?

Yes, absolutely! Each room has its own shower room and toilet. It's your space, all to yourself.

Common space: A gathering place?

Yes, there's an area where you can prepare your own breakfast. It's the perfect place to recharge your batteries.

Access to rooms: Is the staircase an architectural masterpiece?

Yes, it's a beautiful spiral staircase. It's full of charm, but a little naughty: it'll ask you to be light on luggage! Bring small suitcases so you don't get your feet tangled.

Bikes: Can the kings of the road rest?

Of course you can! Your faithful two-wheeled steeds are welcome to spend the night in the garden.

Vehicles: What about our cars?

You can drop into the courtyard to unload your luggage, but our courtyard is not a big fan of cars. Parking is on rue de Marzelles, 50 meters from the house.

Breakfast : The gourmet menu ?

We offer a continental breakfast with everything you need to get your day off to a good start: coffee, tea, herbal tea, milk, cocoa, bread, butter, jam and orange juice. It's simple, it's good, but it's not an all-you-can-eat buffet, just what you need to treat yourself.

Linen: Everything ready?

Yes, of course. Beds are made up on arrival, and bed linen and towels are provided. Zero stress, you're on vacation!

Is it possible to rent several nights?

Our rooms are available by the night, for several nights, by the week or by the month (for weekly or monthly bookings, rates will be studied together).

Do I have to clean up before I leave?

End-of-stay cleaning is included. However, we would be grateful if you could leave the room in a clean and tidy condition, so that we can prepare it carefully for our next guests.

Garden: A trip to green paradise?

Our garden is our haven of peace and remains a private space. But there are many beautiful places to visit in the surrounding area!

Train: If we arrive by train, won't we end up with our noses in the guidebook?

Not at all! We'd be delighted to pick you up at the station. And if you need a little help with your visits, don't hesitate, we'll be there to help you!
